LUNAR’s Matthis Hamann and Roman Gebhard explained why while sharing a few case studies at the Explorers Festival in Lisbon last week. The festival is one of the largest events for entrepreneurs in Europe. “Our experience shows that a solid design process, the right tools and a user-centric sensibility can definitely create better products and services,” Roman told several hundred attendees.
